Old quests reappearing

I have bought Skyrim. I have been playing for a while, the game is full of bugs, most of them I was able to avoid reading about them on forums. But since yesterday, I have been experiencing something really strange. Quests that have been solved are respawning, reapearing. For example I had to get the Arcana Restored for Urag. I had to search it on forums where to find it because the arrow would not appear on the map. When I finally had the book, I went back to Urag, but it seemd as he never gave me that quest, nothing reagarding Arcana Restred came up in our discussion. One thing came up, finding Shalidors Insights, a quest which I finished a long time ago. Also talking with other two memebers at the college, made quests respawn, such as finding Toldir alombic, and enchanting items in Windhelm. It is really annoying.

the three older quests you mentioned are radiant quests, they do respawn, as in Toldir will ask you to find that alembic over and over, same with Shalidors insights ... Urag will be uncovering new clues to them for the rest of your playthrough if you keep asking him. You can also clean the magic flames with the gloves, and find soul gems for a teacher over and over. I'm not sure about the original problem with the book ... Are you running the unnofficial patches?

Nope I am running the official game, but Shalidor's Insights appears as a finished main quest... And the weird thing is closing the rupture quest also reappeared... :( And i can't give Urag the Arcana Restored book, although I have it in my inventory and it is a misc quest.

Install Unofficial Skyrim Patch, or rather USLEEP if you have all DLCs.

Patch may not solve the problem with the book, if it is already in your inventory. Use console comnand to drop it and then pick it up again. That should solve the problem.
