Unable to complete Alduins Wall

Currently, ive been sitting here for an hour waiting for something to happen. Esbern has just been staring at the wall with the 2nd Era dragon art stuff on it, not doing anything. No movement, no talking, absoloutely nothing.

I could really use with some help.

Thank you a lot, I tried doing the other things but i had to eventually do console commands, oh well. Time to re-recruit inigo.
