NPC's are so stupid.

I can't come within 5 miles of an NPC and I have to hear their life story for the millionth time! Shut the hell up, you stupid little brat! I don't give a damn about you working at the stupid vegtable stand! Shut your dumb mouths you stupid guards! It's clear that your dumbasses would never have a chance of secretly being a dragonborn in a million years! And speaking of the guards, why do they have those god-awful offensive stereotype accents? They sound like some racist ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ making a mockery of the way native Americans speak English or some crap like that! Or a really bad Arnold Schwarzneggar impression.

And don't get me started on how your followers keep on blocking instead of attacking their enemies, like blocking deflects 100% damage and not only 50% of it. Which is false, BTW. It's a good thing they're damn near invincible, or they would simply DIE at the first sight of one of those weak black wolves! I guess that serves them right for keeping on telling me that they're my sword and my shield or some really boring bull like that. Or keep on standing in the doorway when I'm trying to get through!

And what the hell is with Bethesda having the same exact lines being delivered by different voice actors!?! Every follower is like "What can I do for you, my thane? I am your sword and your shield! Still want me to do something? Want me to suck your..." I thought that housecarl guy with the handlebar moustache from Morthal would be badass, even has the badass Russian voice, but then he has the same exact crappy friggin lines as Lame Lydia or Evileyes Iona.

Well, I got a new name for Bethesda's scripting department: Belial. It's Hebrew for "worthless" or "without value".

The most annoying one is the dialogue between Ulfric and his second-in-command when you're inside the Windhelm palace. It keeps repeating over and over and over and... forever.

Take note, game companies: This is why you hire more than five voice actors, or at least pay them enough to do slightly different accents.

Take a deep breath, put on your happy face and re-enter Skyrim whistling a merry tune. Spend a day in the woods being nice to all those enchanting woodland creatures, dip your toes into a refreshing stream ... you'll soon feel a lot better.
Then go back to Whiterun, make a hard save, draw your weapon and start on a killing spree they'll be singing songs about for generations ....
