Weird Texture glitch in Solstheim

So I finally got round to playing the Dragonborn dlc. I got on the boat and headed off to solstheim, went through the intital cut scene and got off the boat in the harbour. Then instantly noticed something wrong. The cliff wall along the back of the starting city and along the beach next to it is just a plain grey with no texture on it, as are the rest of the cliffs in Solstheim.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It kinda ruins the dlc walking round looking a textureless cliff faces when I'm supposed to be on some kind of desert island...

Do you have any mods? If so have sorted your load order with LOOT? If not, is your load order

DLC is wrong order - should be:

Dawnguard
Hearthfire
Dragonborn

And if by Unofficial Patch (Skyrim) you mean USLEEP: Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch by Unofficial Patch Project Team - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/? , than you do not need the other unofficial patches.

Your load order should therefore be:

Dawnguard
Hearthfires
Dragonborn
Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch - USLEEP

Sort your load order with LOOT and then click Apply.

Not a LOOT sorted load order, this is most likely your issue. As stated, switch to USLEEP, if some of your mods require one of the USKP's then use this to fix them.

After running LOOT be sure to click on the button in the upper right that says "Sort" when hovered over, then click "Apply" once it appears.

Ok, I've tried the things you had mentioned as well as many other things that fixed any previous problems I had with Skyrim and none of them seem to work. Here's a screen shot of the glitch if that's any help.
