Released this guide for modding Skyrim. It is a modlist of 222 mods and how to install them. Hope some folks will find it useful. Feedback would be appreciated.

1/21/17 Currently reinstalling the guide and making various changes from mod's version numbers to resource priorities to adding notes to some mods. This will be ongoing until I get the guide reinstalled, I am not going to track every change. (Guide v 9.8.42.7)

Updated installed instructions for Gemling Queen Jewelry to account for removed mod Better Circlets. Section 8. (Guide v 9.9.43.7)

Removed Mod Better Circlets section 8 was removed from Nexus. If you already have it keep. (Guide v 9.9.42.7)

Removed Mod No More Ugly Bronze Shine section 10 was removed from Nexus. If you already have it keep it. (Guide v 10.1.0.0)

I had been looking that. Not that I need it - Demoniac does not seem to have that, or Demoniac and Phinix Natural ENB just go too well together -, but several others have been asking about the shine.

I have no idea why it was removed.

There's been a lot of that lately ... I keep hoping it's just the authors doing the cleanup for porting and new versions are going to be re-posted soon. fingers crossed anyway.

The three I have found so far have been completely removed, not just hidden. If those come back they will have a new Nexus ID. Better Circlets had been an essential for me for a very long time.

My real fear here is that the authors were tired of getting all the when are you going to port questions, and they're not into the game anymore so ... if there's no mod ... no posts. That is the scary bit for me, because you'd never know unless they posted it.

If you mean Better Circlets by Yuril, then that is still listed as part of STEP Compilation. Users might be able to extract it from there.

My game got extremely laggy when I entered Ruunvald (part of Dawnguard) yesterday. I have a video. It's currently ten times worse than the video. It happened right after I performed a MSI update. Funny thing is, I went back earlier today and restarted from Riften and the game works fine up until I enter Ruunvald.
Graphics, hud, even saving is laggy.

Anyone have any idea why this is?
