Recommend a lighting mod.

I've been playing with ELFX (Enhanced Lights and FX) since about 2014 and finally decided to ditch it and try out some other interior lighting mod. Was getting too many light pop-ins which is annoying as its was a great lighting mod. Need help on finding a good alternative to use.

Outside lighting is fine, but I want my interiors to be darkish and atmospheric like ELFX, especially dungeons. I've heard of Relighting Skyrim or ELE, and Realistic Lighting Overhaul (i think its called) but are they good or better? Any other suggestions, I'm clueless on lighting mods.

I think ELE is similar to ELFX. I've used it with Grim & Somber Azura and now I'm using it with Rudy ENB. It seems to work well with both of those ENBs.
