Possible work arounds;
go through loading screen
let something hit you while blocking

do you have any mods that effect the alteration school of magic? if so it will effect the slow time effect of archery and the slow time shout.

From my understanding, It's an old Bethesda Bug that's never been fixed, and can affect any of the slow time perks/spells/shouts.

The trick to bug it is to save/quicksave whilst under the slow time effect and then load the game.

To avoid the bug don't save/quicksave whilst time is slowed and don't load save games that were made whilst time was slowed.
well the main question is how do i get to stop and not persist to new games
cuz thats what is doing

Sorry to necromancy, but if you are a vampire and you have the necromage restoration perk, it boosts many stats such as perks since the game sees you as undead too. This is actually insanely useful but the steady hand perk is bugged. This can either be fixed by becoming a werewolf or using the Black Book: Waking Dreams from Dragonborn DLC to reset your restoration perk tree.

reminds me of how the archery tree effects unarmed for some reason, by that i mean wtf this game makes no sense sometimes lol but with the steady hand bug i haven't really seen it since my last post but other glitches for archery did come to my attention such as how the arrow comes out of your face instead of the bow or how it aims alot higher than where you actually aim there was a fix for that but steady hand has been a problem for a long time, i might've just stopped taking that perk all together tbh not sure haven't played since the end of last year i think:demoticon:
