Horse Carriage/Prisoner Cart Bug
I'm coming across this bug and can't shake it. I never had this problem before, in vanilla nor the modded version I had. However, I decided to reinstall skyrim and I'm getting this bug where the horse carriage bounces aroung like crazy. I can't figure this out, because I haven't had skyrim or nexus mod installed in a long time. I deleted all documents/mygames files for skyrim and still have the issue.

I also tried enabling vsync, tried downloading the prisoner cart fix on nexus, tried verifying my files and nothing.

Any other ideas guys? Thanks.

side note: I have as 144hz monitor and a PC to back it up so with my vsync on, I still hit 144hz on Ultra. Maybe the vsync needs to lock me at 60 or something instead?

Are you using Live another Life?

Sometimes if you have alot of mods trying to load at once it can mess up the opening scene.

You CANNOT exceed 60 FPS in either Oldrim or SSE - if you do, you will have problems. And, regardless what anyone may say about .ini tweaks that allow you to do so, you WILL break you game.

See:
FPS can't exceed 60

Yea, I actually was just coming back here to confirm I figured out the issue.

to FIX, I downloaded this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34/?tab=files

I installed this MANUALLY and read the "readme" file for installation. Locked my FPS at 60 and works like a charm. Appreciate the quick replies though guys! Keep Rocking.
