How much material do I need? Hearthfire

How much material would I need to create all of the stuff in hearthfire? For all 3 houses. This way I know how much clay and Quarried stone I need to stock up.

A google search provided me with the information below. Please note this is a rough guide and materials required will vary depending on what type of rooms you choose that ajoin the main hall.

I did find this post from NiCk2003:

So 300 irong ingots
50 Goat Horns
50 Straw
100 Glass
~50 Corodnum ingots for locks

Not to mention the hundres of logs and stones. All in all, gold wise it cost me around 30k. Keep in mind i took the most expensive route possible, but I have a fully decked out house now...."
