Reload to an earlier save, resurrecting NPCs can cause issues, especially merchants who may no longer work properly, quest givers, etc.

... but if that's not an option, I believe this particular NPC should be ok to revive. If the character isn't tied up in a major quest and doesn't have someone who can take over their store, then they generally are.

As gnewna said using previous Saves is always best. Also lets you have the fun of fighting a dragon again. Which is why saving often in skyrim is important.

Of course you can also use the console, as a last resort.

Or you can get a mod that adds a resurrection spell which depending on your level can be used to resurrect any of the accidental deaths around skyrim. Just google resurrection spell skyrim

Note that using a mod to resurrect NPCs is in no way safer than using the console to do it.

lol thanks for all the help guys i decided to just go back a save and kill the dragon befor it could kill her. :D

she died in a dragon attack for me too but now i dont have any save file to go back to

Since you have no save to roll back to, there is nothing you can do (aside from starting a whole new game). Unlike with this thread, resurrection is not an option, as it will break things in the game. Unfortunately, you just learned the hard way about the necessity of making frequent manual saves.
