Stuck on loading screen

You may have seen me recently post alot of problems with an eventual outcome that I just couldn't find originally.
But this one..
Recently I installed some mod, and i've traced back every mod I installed around the time the loading screen error would happen, disabled every one of those mods, still is doing it.
The error is I start in the Helgen Cave because of the mod that allows you to skip the whole Helgen Tutorial. And I make my character, let all of my mods load, then walk outside the cave in the giant exit.
Then the loading screen will appear, and won't ever go past that point..
I tried waiting for hours, hell i actually fell asleep and when i woke up it still wouldn't load.
Skyrim doesn't freeze, because the slow panning of the camera is still in effect, and that misty crap from the bottom of the screen still flows around.
I really would appretiate any help you guys could give. Thanks.

Have you tried http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46465/? ('Safety Load' mod to fix infinite loading screen issues). Requires SKSE but you're probably using that already by that mod list. :)

No I haven't i'll go try that.
And actually suprisingly Skyrim runs fast with or without SKSE, still use it anyway.

It's not a speed issue with SKSE, it's that some scripted mods simply will not work properly without it.

Also, you are a saint, thank you. It worked.
But uh...
I don't wanna' be.. "that guy" it's a small issue, and it's not screwing up my game, it's just annoying to look at.
When I go over to Whiterun after exiting, every tree around that area is this wierd glitched model that just a giant plated texture, and it's really wacky..

Like I said, it's nothing that breaks my game, but as you can see.. it's kinda annoying. If you'd help just one more time? Thank you man.

Looks like missing tree textures - the game inserts a purple flat colour for any missing textures. If they're vanilla resources that have gone awry, try verifying the integrity of the game cache (right click on the game>properties). If they're from a tree/flora mod, try re-installing the mod.

Yep' Well I mean, it wasn't really what you said that worked, but it gave me an idea and that worked. So thanks, man.
)The Reinstalled files of every save were making conflicting errors from newer versions, it was also the reason why the whole loading screen error kept happening..)
But that's not to diminish you at all, you really did help dude. Thanks!
