I'm talking about The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim mod called Tamriel Online which can be found on the Nexus http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67038/?
No, that's Elder Scrolls Online (Tamriel Unlimited) or sthg like that. Tamriel Online is a mod for Skyrim.
OP, you'd probably be best off asking the Tamriel Online people how to install with MO, I don't think any of the regulars here use both (plenty who use MO but not TO) and you'll probably have more luck getting an answer directly from them or on their mod's page at least.
Does the installer actually have any installation options? If not, then creating a named folder under Mod Organizer > mods and copying the content unde Data in TO archive should do the trick.
Again, I'm very sorry for this I should have done this as soon I figured it out. Thanks everyone for the time to help!
And no need to be sorry. I would not be running after these problems, if I would not be interested about how to solve them. :)
