Bleak Falls Barrow LAG. Help me please.

I've modded my skyrim A LOT and I haven't had lag issues until now. I run my game at 50-80 FPS, but inside this dungeon my FPS goes down to 2-5. I have no ideia of what it could be. I already tried to run the game without the graphics mods and still, the same thing. I've noticed that in some places inside the dungeon there are some red exclamation marks, but I guess these are not the problem too, because in The Guardian Stones the same exclamation marks appear, but there's no lag there.
Now I also noticed that I can't learn the shout from the wall in Bleak Falls Barrow. D:

You modded alot? If you have Dungeon mods i suggest turning them off.

I've figuered out how to solve the lag/exclmation marks issues, it was caused by the USLEEP, so I'm using the Unofficial patches separately. But now I'm stuck cus I don't know how to learb the words from the wall. As I approach the wall, the song starts to play and the words don't turn blue and I don't get to learn the shout.

Load up the older save? In this case this can be the only solution. Sorry.
