I'm not complaining and I really don't care. I have plenty of good things going on for me right now, I'm networking, speaking with other professionals and building with other professional sites. I only made this video because there is so much confusion and many people asked me why the Redguard Expansion Remastered was taking down from the nexus, and why I got banned in the first place, instead of explaining myself to hundreds of people, I decided to make a video addressing the issue, and I rather direct people towards this video, because i don't want to explain the situation every single time.

It's clear and many people already know that I was wrongfully banned from the nexus. Tread carefully when on the site, many people keep to themselves, you can't even give your honest opinion for the betterment of a mod, treat the site like you would treat an adult shop, no eye contact, no comments, just grab the goods and scram when on the nexus and when dealing with the moderators and leader, treat them like if their a commander reply with words such as sir yes sir, because they are always right?

They even have a rule that you can't speak about the moderators actions, it's rather silly of them, it's like a making a rule saying that we can't speak about cops, because they are always right? I respect the mod authors that gave me permission to use their asset's, I'm even willing to donate to their cause. I highly look up to you guys, and the nexus is a great site, but the leaders of the site, need to get their stuff together.

Seems like most of the moderators on that site have their panties all in a bunch and are completely power tripping.

If you google The Redguard Expansion you will see countless blogs where many people say that the Redguard Expansion was taken down due to copy righted content, but that was not the case.

I believe that people deserve to know the truth instead of being clueless about the situation. The last thing I wanted to do is make this video, but because the Redguard Expansion played a major role to the reason I got banned, and now that this mod has been re uploaded I thought it would be best for me to explain the situation so people can know exactly what happened and to avoid misunderstandings.

I'm not here to bring down the Nexus or to talk dirt about them, I'm a professional, I'm here to release epic mods and music, not to start drama, I only made this video to fully address this issue at the injustice. I wish the best for the nexus and I wish the best for the moderators and the leader Robin, I hope their sites continues to be a great site.

Anyway enough of that, this is going to be an epic summer, I'm in too deep with my craft, and there is no quitting. The best is yet to come, you can now download the Redguard Expansion Remastered on Steam.

I'm proud of DJ and his use of professional voice actors.

A lot of modders only use amateur voice actors ... but no ... DJ insists on paying his voice actors ... that is why they are professionals ... they get paid to do it ... if you don't get paid then you are an amateur.

That is why you shouldn't doubt what he says ... it has never been proved that he lies ... so he must be telling the truth when he says he uses professionals and not amateurs.

@Black Album Yes it's still on LL. Although because of the file size I couldn't upload it there, so I just posted the details and provided a link to my website and to steam. Many people actually came from LL just to get it in the workshop. I appreciate all the support I got from that website. I'm also going to send them the updated link, when I finish crafting the final update, which will be up soon.

Really excited this summer, plenty of epic content that's going to be released, and people are still hating haha while I was gone, I recruited a new girl voice actor, made some updates to The Redguard Expansion and made a new electronic beat haha, I think some people need to find a better hobby, then start hating on someone that's actually doing something for the community. Haha :P

@Clever Monkey if you honestly seen the video, and failed to see how they failed to act professional with me and how Malchov acted like a little 5 year old kid, as he didn't man up and confront me about the situation and he didn't want to face his mistakes, as he didn't address the issue professionally, just gave me my second warning and a restriction to upload while I had the Redguard Expansion up, with over 40,000 people waiting for an update, and he didn't even bother to reply or fix the situation, then I get banned for telling people that I couldn't update the mod because I had a restriction to upload, because Malchov never replied, Robin never replied, and I waited for weeks and no answer. I was totally scorned, it's clear that he didn't care at all. Acted totally unprofessional, I guess that's what happens when you run a site with moderators that don't get paid, they do a very poor job.

Malchov said I was guilty, and because he said I was guilty that was the final verdict and that's that. If you don't see the injustice in this situation then buddy, you are on all fours and on your knees bowing down to Robin and his highly pompous ego, and those power tripping moderators over on the nexus.

Sure they can ban people for swearing, right but it's ok for Robin to call anyone a D bag that doesn't agree with him and it's ok for Robin to drop the f bomb and get away with it? please. The nexus need to get their stuff together, the site is a circus, they let all that power get to their head. They are clearly power tripping, and I don't care what you think about me buddy, the truth is I was wrongfully banned and that's that period, the truth is finally out, and it felt really good to finally get that out of my chest as I don't want to repeat myself.

There's plenty of evidence to suggest you were not wrongfully banned, your behaviour here backs this up, maybe it's time for you to "man up" (sorry, that phrase just makes me giggle) and admit your own part in your situation?

It took 2 formal warnings, before the initial ban. After that, he was banned for multiply account abuse - when he did not consider ToS being relevant for him.

The saddes thing is that the only paid worker in Nexus - Sir Salami - still offered him an change to discuss, which DJ Red Rad did not take. Sir Salami offered this chanche, despite that DJ Red Rad already had 1 account ban. That is abnormal and shows how fair Nexus community manager actually is.

This was ignored. Instead of taking Sir Salami's offer, Dj Red Rad came here to rant how much he hates Nexus.

And then made several new accounts there despite of it. The latest account was banned not less than 48 hours ago.

There is nothing more to add. Those are the facts and free to be checked, because Nexus makes warnings and bans public - as they should.

Dj Red Rad was offered a pass, even when Nexus rules basically disallowed it. There is absolutely no way he can tell that he was treated unfairly, when community manager himself took the case in his hand and offered to pass it over. The fact that this was passed by OP and moved to multiply account abuse was the final deal. That clearly broke Nexus ToS and there was no way that either moderators or community manager could have accepted that.

The case with Nexus is done for. You will not get back in and it is 100% your own fault, despite how much you wish to twist it other way around. You ignored the one change you had and moved to break ToS. There is nothing more to add.

Do what you do, here in Steam. If you wish to mod, then for all means mod! Steam moderator has already taken part in your complaints about Nexus and it was not for your benefit. Stop messing around and do what you came here to do, or you will end up being banned from this forum as well.

Nexus business is Nexus business. It does not belong to Steam and we already have moderator voice about that.

Cool down and have fun creating new mods for Skyrim.

And do not make yet another failed attempt to enter in to Nexus. They will just ban you again, as was their right in the first place.

And if you do, then don't come here complaining about it. You will only invite trolls and peoples will grow resentful of your mods.
