All Item/NPC Codes?
Im moving tomorrow and i wont have internet for atleast a week and id like to have a list of all item/npc codes to spawn them in.

Im preferably looking for a .txt file thats organized and detailed. I dont have MS Office so a spreadsheet wont do.

If you dont have MS office I suggest you install OpenOffice, it is free and in some ways better then MsOffice. I have used it since it was called StarOffice.

I think that he simply intended that you can use the in-console help option as a search function. You type:

Help "searchword"

and the console provides a list of item ID's that match the searchword. Its useful for getting an item ID on the spot. However, there are limitations. If you aren't specific enough there will be too many results and it floods the list so you can only see the last few. Still, useful if you don't want to look through a list.

Why use console to spawn stuff when there are one mod that do the same for you and it is safe.
That is only dumb to do.
