Can't find / spawn in Transmute Mineral Ore

So I've been trying to find this spell for a while now. I didn't find it in the two locations it should've been in. So I tried to spawn it in; and I spawned in the spell Transmute Skin instead of Transmute Mineral Ore.
What the hell is going on? Is my Transmute Mineral Ore replaces by Transmute Skin or something like that?

I got a spelltome of transmute skin.

That should be Transmute ore, you have a mod that changes it...

I don't have any mods installed...

Did you have Perkus MAximus installed in the past? That appears to be the mod that adds it in.

Best I can make out, this happens when someone botches a PerkusMaximus install.

If you haven't attempted to install any mods yourself, now might be a good time to have a think about who else uses your computer.
