Werewolf problem.
How do I re equip the fear howl if I have a totem activated?

You need to activate the fear howl totem.

The original "Howl of Terror" cannot be regained once you switch to a different werewolf power. There is a more powerful version, "Totem of Fear", that you can switch to - once you've reclaimed it via Aela's quests.

Without mods you have to do Totems of Hircine quests (x3) for Aela the Huntress. When you have collected all or just one then activate blessing of chosen totem like any shrine to change howl type. Like bloke mentioned you cant swap back original howl.

If you have Dragonborn dlc you can also get more werewolf rings to get extra effects [www.uesp.net].
