I'd suggest using Bodyslide, personally (either UUNP or CBBE BS). Allows for much more customization.
If you have HDT and use CBBE HDT body from BodySlide, then the body bounces. All BBP/TBBP animations are compatible with CBBE HDT body.
That "buggering" means support for different armors and clothes, so that they conform with the body that was installed, including custom body models.
CBBE does not require it either. It is a support option, not requirement.
What this means is that armors and clothes do not conform with custom bodies and body proprtions, unless they have been ran through BodySlide. This affects all armors and clothes. If that does not bother the player, then that is not a problem.
Running BodySlide is easy.
