Which version of USKP are you using? It was apparently v1.2 that added the necklaces back onto spawn lists, but that was late 2012, so I'd expect you to have a later copy...
I can't recall if I see them on my character any more. They're not exactly something I look out for. I've got a hunch I haven't, though - maybe there's a regression in the patch?

The actual levelled list says -
at Level 1 - Necklace of Waterbreathing
at Level 5 - Necklace of Poison Resistance
at Level 10 - Necklace of Disease Resistance
at Level 15 - Necklace of Poison Immunity
at Level 20 - Necklace of Disease Immunity
Does that mean that when the character reaches level 20 the only one the appears in a levelled list or has alot more chance of appearing is the necklace of Disease immunity or does it mean it randomly picks from all 5 when your character is level 20 or above (ie) theres the same chance to get any of them. Thats a question I'd like to know. Do you miss a window of opportunity of getting certain enchanted items if your character goes above a certain level.
It means you only got chance to get Necklace of Waterbreathing at Lv1~5
Necklace of Poison Resistance at Lv5~10
Necklace of Disease Resistance at Lv10~15
Necklace of Poison Immunity at Lv15~20
and can only get Necklace of Disease Immunity pass Lv20

Is this right, for example if the levelled list says the calculate for all levels info like above, and it has an Iron Sword at level 1, and then at level 10 there is Steel Sword, if my character is level 10 i will never see that Iron Sword appear again when the levelled list is used?
That's the whole fricking problem, the necklaces are supposed to spawn, but they didn't.
It's problem with coding.
