Also, might be that some of the stuff you can make with Bags and Bandoliers are made at the forge and then altered at the tanning rack, i don't know.
just getting back to the game after over a year i think, going to have to look up console commands to give my test char the materials to craft just to see what the problem is i suppose.
i'm also using cloaks of skyrim, which is also merged with cco like bandoliers has been. and is installed the same way (just using meshes/textures from the original mod) and it seems to be working fine.

edit: finally got around to testing it in game, using console commands to level up smithing and add materials to my test char, and yup, was able to then see the regular bandoliers and bags/bookcases/vial holders in the crafting menu
