CCO and bags/bandoliers question
just got back to skyrim, and am setting up my mods. i see that cco and bags/bandoliers are now merged, and i only need to use the meshes/textures from the bags/bandoliers and not the esp.

curious why i can see some bandoliers at the tanning rack (dark and pale bandolier recipes) but they require a leather bandolier to make, and the recipe for that isn't showing up? this is on a newbie char with just one perk point in smithing. do i just need to wait and level smithing more to unlock a hidden recipe, or have i somehow screwed up installing cco?

Did you activate Bandoliers in the CCOR MCM? Bandolier's esp not activated in your mod management tool? Load order sorted with LOOT? After running LOOT be sure to click on the button in the upper right that says "Sort" when hovered over, then click "Apply" once it appears.

Also, have you crafted dark leather?

It might be CCO has set it so that the recipes for Leather Bandolier only shows up when you have all the stuff to make it on your person (or 1 major ingredient for it). Try adding lots of leather and iron ingots into your inventory and see if any new stuff shows up on the tanning rack to make.

Also, might be that some of the stuff you can make with Bags and Bandoliers are made at the forge and then altered at the tanning rack, i don't know.

yes yes, all the essentials have been done. bandolier mod is activated (just meshes/textures), loot has been ran, it is activated within cco's mcm menu.

just getting back to the game after over a year i think, going to have to look up console commands to give my test char the materials to craft just to see what the problem is i suppose.

i'm also using cloaks of skyrim, which is also merged with cco like bandoliers has been. and is installed the same way (just using meshes/textures from the original mod) and it seems to be working fine.

thanks for the replies

edit: finally got around to testing it in game, using console commands to level up smithing and add materials to my test char, and yup, was able to then see the regular bandoliers and bags/bookcases/vial holders in the crafting menu
