Alik'r or Redguard Woman?
So, I assume a good amount of people have met the Alik'r that are hunting the Redguard woman in Whiterun. The question is, who should I trust?

The Redguard woman (Saadia?) claims that she spoke her mind about the Aldmeri Dominion/Thalmor, and she had to flee.

The Redguards claim that she betrayed them to the Thalmor/Aldmeri Dominion, and that she should be punished.

I may be a bit off, but can you add any details that can be used to determine what is right? The Alik'r are made to seem like more of mercenaries, but I still don't trust the Redguard woman either.

I liked the money made by killing Kematru much more than the small amount made by turning her over.

I used to save Saadia and kill the Ali Kir, but then I decided to play characters that were totally against Thalmor. So now I turn her in every time. Never a second thought.

The money is meaningless at this point for me.

That is true after a time Docsprock you have more money than you will ever need. But in the begining when you are trying to buy Breezehome or Lakewood Money that money is handy.

And the Alikar do not match up as warriors.

The woman is definitely the empathetic choice while the warriors are the logical choice. If you think about it logically, why would over 7 warriors come to get some girl? Bexause she spoke out against the Thalmor like the talos guy does every day in the same city? Regardless of what she did, she didnt do nothing small like that. Even if they are just bandits, what would make them enter holds dressed up just to look for one woman? And lastly, if all they needed to do was assassinate her they surely wouldnt bring this out that publically.

well, Skyrim is small, but not that small that only a single mercenary could find her.

She's accused of basically betraying Hammerfell to the Thalmor. Why wouldn't they send out large groups to find her?
Also, she doesn't ask you to sneak her out or anything like that. It's "I just met you..but can you be a dear and go kill a bunch of guys for me?"
If "can you go kill someone for me?" Comes up in the first conversation you have with them, they aren't really a good person and don't really want to be you friend.

As by design there is no way of knowing who is "good" and who is "evil" I follow my gut instinct and always help Saadia.

I always choose the Alik'r because I usually begin this quest at a low level and fighting all those warriors isn't feasible.
