Blood Decals Not working

So I am using the Enchanced Blood mod and recently the blood decals have stopped working on all NPC's, the blood textures appear on the NPC's its just the decals and blood pools that dont show up when killing Enemies. However blood decals and blood pools do occur against me the player, So blood decals are showing on me but not being applied to the ground on any other character. Anyone got a solution?

Load order sorted with LOOT? After running LOOT be sure to click on the button in the upper right that says "Sort" when hovered over, then click "Apply" once it appears.

Yes after clicking sort and apply nothing has changed with the Decals. But thanks for the reply

Check in the MCM for Enhanced Blood and make sure no settings have been off.
