Black lines?

So, I have somewhere around 80 mods or so installed, and the only problem I have with anything is these black lines everywhere. Happened around the 40 mod install mark, and once it happened, it hadn't gone away. I tried seing if it were the mod or not, so I uninstalled it and downloaded some other one. Still there, so I thought I'd just deal with it. It's gotten to the point where it's a giant eye sore for me. I do have SMIM and it remains when I uninstall that or keep it on.. Curious as to what causes these.

One of your mods? Load order? Installation order? Posting your load order will help.

Try turning on VSYNC. Plenty of tutorials as to how to do this on Google, I forgot personally, but it's in the Skyrim.ini

Can you upload a picture? "Black lines" is a bit vague and hard to help with

It's almost as if the meshes are going all wacky and aren't displaying shadows properly, especially outdoors. Thus, black lines appearing in consistent intervals that look like it's trying to render a shadow, but won't do it right.
