Mod to share a 'universe' with multiple characters?

It's been a while since I played Skyrim so I kinda forgot everything anyway so it's time for a new game. My previous char(on my x360) was kinda the jack of all trades character, a mage, assassin, thief, warrior, and it just didn't fit him.

Since the release of Captain America: Civil War I got an inspiration to play a MCU(marvel cinematic universe) like role-playing.

I've been wanting to play a game where I would first play a Dragonborn type player finishing the main quest. Then maybe using the alternate lives mod, make a Mage type character finishing Winterhold, and a Assassin/Stealth type finishing the thieves/the dark brotherhood quest, A maybe merchant super rich type, and others that I could think of.

and then using the familiar faces mod, I would transfer the mage/assassin/etc with the dragonborn in a Avengers-esque crossover and do some pretty heavy questing. However is there a mod that can essentially share a universe with each other so the state of Skyrim can be one and the same?(for example I killed someone playing my mage, it's nice for him to be dead also in my other saves)

I've found this reddit thread in one of my searching however it is 8 months ago so maybe I could ask here for recommendations?

Familiar faces is really really good. Hard to get working perfectly though. Forget one thing and you have bugged alcoves and weird dummy NPCs. The wanderer feature doesnt seem 2 work BTW. So no alts on the road.

OP already has Familiar Faces and is looking for mods where every playthough is within the same universe. e.g Character 1 killed Nazeem. Character 2 finds Nazeem already dead.

@OP: I don't think there's a mod that does that. Technical limitations and all. Also you might want to sit out the movie withdrawal.
