I need help..I can't even open my console, as soon as I load into my game I can't move, can't open my map, the menu or do anything, so I have to tab out to quit the game from there, I even tried to load an old save but it will still do the same, can anyone help me?

Turns out it's something to do with my keyboard in game, plugged my controller in and it all works fine. But I can only move my mouse and do nothing on the keyboard, any ideas?

Also, this sometimes happens to me if I simply have a steamchat window open in the background. Simply closing it out fixes the bug.

I had this problem in SSE. My map, inventory, favorites etc. wouldn't open for some reason and this fixed the problem for me. Thanks!

If you play skyrim with keyboard, and play other games with control, disconnect your controller, that can lock your keyboard and mouse.

I am trying this trick and it isnt working. I hit disableplayercontrols , then enter, then enableplayercontrols , hit enter again, and nothing changes
