How to sell items to Mathies in Falkreath?
I'm trying to do quests for the people of Falkreath so I can purcahse property.
Do I have to complete a quest for Mathies before I can sell him wheat?
(I have 20 wheat in my inventory)

Go to his farm, pick gourds, cabbage, potatoes. Sell them to him.

His farm is right in town.
