How to activate "Before the Storm" quest?

I'm using the Alternate Start mod, and I don't have the quest.
I know there's a console command to initiate it, but I don't know what it is.

What's the console command to start the "Before the Storm" quest?

Before you go setting quest stages with the console, which is the tossiest of toss ups as to whether or not you'll break said quest right then and there on the spot.

Have you asked any innkeeper for rumors? With ASLAL installed the first time you ask an innkeeper for them, they will point you to Helgen, which is where you then need to go.

ah ok. I'm not very experienced with console commands, thanks for the info.
I've got the quest now. I didn't know there was a way to get it with the Alternate Start mod. Thanks for your help.
