Edit edit: Just an fyi, leading zeros on the form id are not needed, for example
player.additem f 100
is the same as
player.additem 0000000f 100
I just tried it and it worked just fine x)
It's quite impressive that a game needs so many use of the console command to be played normally.
We'll see if you still think that as the tiny time bombs you've embedded into your save start to explode and you lose your save.
2: what time bomb? I completed one quest, and summoned 1 item because the game didn't want to work. My computer's not gonna explode chill.
But whatever, just know that you've introduced instability into your save.

... Its a known fact what the "set stage" command does and it should ALWAYS be the last resort because even the relatively safe ones mentioned in the wiki aren't "safe".
If it worked for you, it worked this time but walking across a busy street blindfolded isn't safe just because you didn't get hit by a car this time.
