R6025 Pure Function Call Error [SOLVED]

For the last week, I've been getting the error "R6025 pure function call". The game then freezes and I have to hard boot before it will clear. I lose anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour of play time when this happens.

I've looked up the error on google and tried the solutions that I've found but they didn't work. Download and run one of several registry repair tools. One of them made my computer unusable as it killed even the start button. I had to restore from a previous recovery point to get my computer back.

I verified the cache and all files checked out.

I even tried installing the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary and Hi Res patches hoping they would fix something. It hasn't worked.

Does anyone have any ideas of what else to try?

This seems to be working. I was able to play for 3 continuous hours without a crash.
