Greybeards Quest Not letting me past Arngeir

Arngeir repeating "Sky above, voice within" whenever i talk to him i can choose dialogue, but then he says im not ready everytime, what do i do?

... Yes, you do, theres something called being called by them in whiterun

Actually now that I think of it since after wasting an hour trying to get to that place without dying I used noclip and

No that doesn't matter only the quest to deliver food. After completed the quest to kill the dragon you hear the sound of them near Whiterun.
Talk to Jarl and get greybreads quest also Lydia.
Firstly save the location, fast travel to the Jarl make sure that is completed and then fast travel back to them.

You can but that only makes her follow you. It doesnt activate a quest or so

so then it should work because I did all of that, maybe I'll use the cheat in which you skip the part of a quest, maybe it's just glitched

Yeah, i remember when i did the quests with the first dragon in whiterun, there was only another guard helping me, ireleth hadnt even spawned in
