how to tame a dragon?

the ending where you got to tame dragon doesnt work. I left that dragon 1 health and kept using that shout called bend will, nothing happened...

You can only use Bendwill on the same dragon once is my understanding, though I have been wrong before.

i am doing the last main quest of dragonborn dlc. And i just have learned it but it doesn't work on the dragon which should bring me to Miraks place

No, there's no limit. Truth be told, this actually makes it harder to get the related achievement (where you must ride five different dragons) - if you ride one and let it fly off, there's a good chance the game will re-use the same beast elsewhere, meaning that if you ride every dragon you encounter you'll really just end up riding the same one over and over again.

The solution is to kill each dragon after you get off, of course.

You learned the full shout, yeah? You need to hold the shout button down to yell all three words in order to affect a dragon.

Press and hold the button until the shout completes. That's only when it has full power.
