Sorry RL ... what a drag LOL
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57859/?
Took me a little while to get used to it, but it grows on you quick. Other than this I recommend XPMSE for your skeleton and that's about it. Make sure XPMSE loads late and wins all conflicts.
For correcting the arrows I went with arrow and bolt tweaks
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11941/?
but in truth you don't need the mod, you can copy the corrections to the INI files from his mod page. I install it for the flattened tragectory with the 100% fast option. Aim still s@cks a bit on horseback.
edit - goes without saying so I will anyway, remove all of the other camera mods ;-)
Post your load order, and what manager are you using?
I'd start by removing Immersive first person view and just see with enhanced camera does alone, but it might be a skeleton issue. worth having a look.
Im using mod manager and i dont know where my loadorder is,but looking for it i found a first person plugin which keeps apearing when i open the command thing, not sure if i should delete it but this it what it says... ; Comments start with ; or # character on a new line, these lines are ignored
