So I see you've got quite a bit of playtime there; is this the first time you've installed Skyrim onto this system? Are you using any mod managers etc, or have you done so in the past?

try lowering the settings in the advanced setup 750ti is fine for a stock game but if you've added large texture mods it may be struggling, there's a SKSE plugin similar to SSME that may help http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50305/? follow the link for the SKSE version

Bomb Bloke, this is the first time ive seen this problem. I bought all three DLC yesterday, steam then asked me to restart and update, i did so but it then said i couldt get back on because i was missing a file. I coulndt find it so i tried uninstalling steam but only led to more problems had to do a wipe, ive tried redownloading it many times today, but then just unistalled steam and redownloaded it TWICE and now it is only worse. This is not the first time ive played on this OS and i have no mods

Evil Doctor Porkchop, i dont think its a graphics problem, ive been able to run atleast a 100 mods with ultra graphics, dont know how i just suddenly am not able to run on lowest graphics with nothing activated

Exit Steam completely (use your Task Manager to make sure it's not hiding in the background), then follow this guide:

http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Make_Skyrim_Vanilla_Again

Before restarting Steam in order to perform step 12, additionally remove the "appcache" folder from your Steam directory, and the "Skyrim" directory from (yourUserDirectory)/Appdata/Local (which is hidden - you should be able to go there directly by pasting %LocalAppData% into your Explorer address bar).

If it's still having problems after that, load up Geforce Experience and have that reconfigure the game for you.

It may come from yours mods. Try launching the game without any mods. If it works, it could mean that 2 mods don't like each other or aren't set in the right order

You should not see purple dragons until level 70.

Follow Bomblokes suggestion, and ignore the other posts.
750ti is pretty weak, youre gonna wanna turn your graphics down wayyyy low, and as for processor its no thes best but its sufficient. if youre running an older hard disk drive i'd defrag, and either cclean, or disk clean your drive and do some basic maintenance on your rig before loading up the game.

Are you sure you're thinking of the right card? That thing easily outpowers my old 740M, and that runs the game quite easily with all settings maxed out.

That card should be sufficient to run Skyrim.
My self use one 3 year old Amd 7880 HD and run in Ultra. 1G V-ram
