Can't sleep/wait/fast travel.
There was talk of this early last year but the discussion didn't mention a fix. I now have this problem and have noticed something else, when i enter the water I hear a Fizzing sound, switch to third person view and I can see a green discoloration in the water like marker dye. Any Ideas?

Mods: yes- LOOT: no- USLEEP: never heard of it. One thing I forgot was the message: "You cannot wait/rest/fast travel while takeing health damage" which is wierd cause as far as I know I'm not. Even changed to Werewolf and couldn't wait then either.

Yeah, so what Grimus said. Check "Magic effects" There are also fixes for water issues but follow Grimus' advice first.

Hi Uncle64{Swe]. are we allowed to quote "must install USLEEP" for a more stable game and so help may be provided from a baseline.

LOOT is pretty much a given for vast majority of modders. LOOT is an essential tool

It seemed like it should be a magic effect or curse since I've never heard of a permanent poison but the section labeled "active effects" Right below "Powers" ( Souts - Powers - Active Effects) shows nothing bad though I wonder if Reading a black book can have a combined effect both bad and good.

Yes as Uslep is that to.

Install Usleep.

Go to Whiterun, in the temple there is one shrine. That can remove odd spells.

Thanks for USLEEP link. Gonna try it but need link to LOOT first as that may be next to try.
As for temple blessings, went to basement in Lakeview Manor and hit every shrine One right after the other; no joy.

Grimus says there is a cache file that might need deleting gonna see if I can find it.

Dont try, install it.

Yes Grimus have one guide here somewhere.

You need to go to the temple in Whiterun, there is one shrine there that can remove stuff like that.
But you need the patch first.

Thanx, found Appcache haven't gotten rid of it yet, I'll do USLEEP first then LOOT, or maybe a different order is correct?

I LOOTed. Yay me. It appears that while my chosen mods are cool the DLCs Hearthfire, Dragonborn, etc have multiple ITM and navmesh goofs. Since my days as programmer died a whimpering death alongside MSDOS 6.22 I am very confused :)

In your master files there are some errors, that you can clean.
Ignore the one in the plugins.
