Whats causing my arm to strain in the mod ?

First is this Skyrim Redone or Perkus Maximus? If SkyRe, do you use Frostfall, if so which version?

Skyrim Redone and no i do not use frostfall i am not even sure its from this mod its either from Skyrim Redone or Realistic needs and diseases

Not sure it is from either of those mods. What is your field of view set at? I have seen this with settings above 85 (65 is default).

i dont think it has to do with FOV because top left of the screen it says your arms are weak tired or something like that then starts shaking

Wait, you really mean strain not stretch? Sorry I misunderstood. This is going to be added by a mod, I have no idea which one, never had this before.

If you have a custom skeleton, then make sure that you have selected SKELETON patch from FNIS.

What comes to Frostfall, then SkyRe Survival module was made especially to support it. The current 3.x series is not supported, but I believe that the 2.x Legacy version should still work with SkyRe.

Patching for SkyRe is badly out of date though, which causes problems with several mods, if you are using them with it. Sad, really, because SkyRe was my favorite overhaul.

Should i switch to Requiem i dont know what mod makes my arms strained which ends up with my screen shaking

Well, if you switch to Requiem without finding out which mod is giving you that message, then you'll still be getting it, because I'm 99.9999999% certain that is not a SkyRe message. Can you post your load order, please?

And also what do you like more SkyRe or Requiem only thing i dont like about Requiem what i saw is that weapons break

It's the Archery Overhaul mod. If you have your bow out for too long, it causes the "your arms are strained" message in the top left and causes the screen shaking. To fix, just shoot an arrow from a bow and it should go away.
