Frankly, stealth/magic playstyle is the best way to play skyrim, since combat is so basic and crappy. I don't think you can go wrong with either of these builds.
P.S. check out this mod for some wicked sweet armors/robes that go great with nightblade build types: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=10898&searchtext=black+mage+robes
For some people, General Sheman, playing a heavily armed nordic warrior is the best way to play Skyrim, because it fits the atmosphere of the main story better (killing dragons and go to a fantasy Valhalla in the end), and the combat gameplay is simpler and more raw force. Seriously, there is not one "best playstyle", it is an individual choice depending on personal preferences.
I have smart casting and yes i like stoping just for being more realistic
Anyway: If you like magic, and the major difference between these builds from your perspective is the use of magic, your decision should be clear.
