Bosmer imperial or stormcloak?

Please don't comment a serious suggestion unless you know the backstory of this topic

I am playing as a Wood Elf or Bosmer, and I need to side with either the imperials or the Stormcloaks in order to get 100% completion(yes i know u cant get it bc of the dark brotherhood thing) and I don't know who to side with. Usually, I pick the Stormcloaks. I despise the Thalmor and weakening them is my #1 priority. On the other hand, the Imperials may rise again with Skyrim's help in the future, but I don't want to take that risk. I mean, I know the Stormcloaks dislike elves and all and I wouldn't really be a hero to them but I can see them liking the Bosmer if the Dragonborn himself is Bosmer, and if he helps their cause. I'm leaning towards Stormcloaks because of my neverending hatred for the damn high elf bastards. What do you think?

see, darr has proof (or at least there IS proof) that the Imperials are puppets of the Thalmor. As of the time Skyrim takes place, the Stormcloaks, unlike the Imperials, have not signed away their religion and lives to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ elves because they couldn't win a war. And, they bend their knee to no one and no thing other than Nord tradition.

Imperials, the Bosmer were part of the Aldmeri Dominion once, they can be again (idk if they still are or not). Ulfric's entire reason for fighting is because he can, and if he gets rekt, it proves the Empire can hold its proverbial mead.
And after all they went through in the Oblivion crisis, would you really want to hurt the Empire more?

Besides, you're an elf from across Nirn. Why fight your own kind to save some frozen, fractured, mead soaked kingdom?

Frankly I don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about the Empire. Once they surrendered to the Dominion was when I lost all respect. And you may say that the Bosmer were once part of the Dominion, but the Dominion did try to attack the Bosmer at one point, and who's to say they won't do it again? Also, I believe the Stormcloaks do have a valid reason to leave the Empire. Their way of life, their whole religion is being supressed. It's not right. They should be able to do as they please in their homeland and if I were a Nord I'd refuse to let some high elf prick tell me what I can and can't do. And thats why I'd join the rebellion, not to 'save' the Nords, but to weaken the dominion.

Well, the Bosmer helped Found the Dominion as well, not just a part of them. Plus, it's apparent that the Empire is weakened and has the Thalmor stepping all over them. Help Elven supremacy by erasing the name Talos from Skyrim. Join the Empire.

Elven supremacy and High Elf supremacy are very different things. The Altmer do not appreciate the Bosmer, and they aren't best friends. It wouldn't be Mer supremacy, it'd be empowering the already powerful asshat dominion. And, erasing Talos from Skyrim won't happen, the Nords simply will not let that go no matter what you do.

As you have clearly stated, this is a war between the Empire, who had grudgingly taken side with the Dominion, and the Stormcloaks, a rebelious faction with racist tendencies and who worship a human god not recognized by elves. You have no part of this.

Suck up the lack of 'game completion' and abstain from the war. As a real Bosmer would.

Either ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pick a side for the 100%, or don't for the lore. As seen from the progress of this thread, you aren't going to get both.
