Auto sneak?

So I just realized that there's an automove button (C) to make you move without pressing any buttons. I'm wondering if this can be used like: Face wall + auto move + sneak = Profit?

Yup. I recall doing this years ago before I went to class for some free skill and level ups.

I know it's been a while, but any idea how much of a gain there was?

you can level up sneak 10 times faster by stabbing friendly npc that wont trigger bounty or attack you (as long as you are undetected) with low dmg dagger

works on any Fort Dawnguard npc or Haddvar / Ralof when they are in their houses
