i sided with the imperials and compleated the main questline in skyrim and i want to get the ebony blade but hulds keeps sayin gthey say falion of morthal has been studying undead and wont say a god ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ damn thing about the little demon kid neklir i tryed doing startquest da08 but that didnt do ♥♥♥♥ plz help in case you cant notice just from reading this im really frustrated

My first guess is that you don't meet the level requirement - Hulda won't discuss the matter until you hit 20.

I have just done the quest. Before i talk to Hulda i've finished Dragonborn and than Dawnguard. Achievements to do only the 15 daedra artifacts and reward in 9 kingdoms. I don't know if this has to do to become the quest with the whispering door, but it's just an idea :) Oh, and just before the door quest i've done the one with Boethia.

If you're a vampire, and she refuses to speak about anything other than Falion, perhaps you should go get cured and then come back?

Actually, at level 100, are you sure you haven't started (or more likely, completed) the quest already? What do these commands tell you?
