Stuck in a small room in Dustman's Cairn
Farkas got rekt in 5 seconds by the enemies and now I'm stuck in this tiny room behind a gate. Game won't even let me pull out a weapon.

Now he keeps getting up every now and then and saying he submits followed by him getting rekt again.

What the hell am I supposed to do?

I would go back to different save from past and try to boost farkas or lower to novice just once for glitch to pass

Of course you know that Farkas is supposed to win that fight (considering he turns into a werewolf). Maybe it's goofy that he's supposed to be overpowered in that moment and he's supposed to mop the floor with those Silverhands.
But, if he's getting borked, I suspect some mod has affected him adversely in an unexpected way that the mod creator didn't anticipate.
I'm not sure how this will work in this situation, but here's an idea.
If you can call up the console with the ~ make his level much higher for the duration of that event. Then once done, put his level back to what it's set before the scene.
Or try what James suggested.

I only hope this might work.
I can't tell you what console commands to use, so you will need to look them up in the wikia.
Just be certain the commands relate directly with his werewolf character.

Open console (~) and type "killall" w/out quote. He will still be on floor just wait till he gets up.

there are a couple things listed in the bugs section you could try

of course trying to load an earlier save is always an option

Farkas isn't worth much in a fight anyway, Wimp is frequently on his knees, but getting out of the locked cell can't happen without him so reload a save.

You could also open console and type "TCL" that allows you to no clip through the door and KILL ALL SILVER HAND!!!!!

It is worth a shot but the problem will continue if he doesn;t transform the quest will not continue.

you could do that and then setstages according to the Link I provided earlier. I advise against this. make a save and hang onto it and reload if the commands should make things worse.

I take it conjuration is not your characters strong point? Nothing like a pair of Dremora Lords to even a fight.

Dustman's Cairn can be a tough fight. Moreso at lower levels. Farkas is NOT scripted to win. He's just one guy and he's overwhelmed by a dozen draugr. Yeah, he SHOULD change into a werewolf, but that only happens in the rare scripted event, and this is not one of them.

If you're low level, come back later. If you're not, work on your tactics. In some ways, this is the hardest fight in the game. What I usually do it thin out the herd before the fight starts. Using a rune spell you can usually get the draugr to leave their crypts. If you don't use magic, there are other ways. I typically jump up on that table at the end and use a bow to weaking the draugr while Farkas tanks them. Eventually they'll get to me and then I kite around the room, run upstairs, then jump back down to the table.

The draugr don't all come at once, they pop open one by one. So you really need to keep them thinned out or they will overwhelm you and Farkas.

It is the scripted event he is talking about. He is stuck behind the gate unable to draw his weapon until Farkas opens it, which he can't do because he gets rekt by the Silverhand that rush the room.

Oh, sorry, misunderstood. Did he actually change into a werewolf, or maybe he didn't and that's why he gets clobbered.

I had to fix it by nocliping to the lever and opening it myself following by burning the Silverhand to death. Rest of the dungeon worked fine after that.
