Lost Item, please help!
Awhile ago I dropped or sold the sigil stone item after the conjuration ritual quest and now I need it again, and I don't know where to find it? Is there a way for me to locate it easily? (I am on Xbox and don't have console command access)

Yes use the cheat codes. As the Sigil Stone has 0 weight and 0 value the mind boggles as to why you even bothered to sell it.

Tried asking a Daedra for another ontop of the tower? Besides all it is used for is the Atronauch forge.

reload a save before you lost it.

I assume the quest marker is pointing to phinis.

have you tried casting the spell again to summon the dremora?

perhaps waiting somewhere you know you didn't lose it for 10 or even 30+ days to allow all areas to reset and then casting again.

goodluck but now you know certain items should not be let go and certain quests should be finished then and there instead of adventuring and possibly losing an item you need.

exactly, the atronauch forge. i have all the ingredients for daedric armor to put inside, just missing the stone.

im a lot higher level than i was when i lost it. so i dont want to reload because ill lose a lot more. I did finish the quest i just need the atronauch forge. And summoning the daedra again did nothing.

I hate giving console commands but if you use caution they can be fine. keep the save right before using this code.

sorry, I forgot that. I saw your mouse icon and assumed you were on th pc.

and back to my first post. in other words you are out of luck.

if you sold it you could go merchant to merchant looking.

You dont need the forge for daedric armor. Just buy it at your local store. And for God's sake, use the pc version.

Vendors just about never stock it, with the exception of the Dremora Merchant (who, when you get to a high enough level, barely ever stocks anything else).

As bomb bloke said but also you need to hope that if you did sell it the vendor's chest doesn't remove the item when it respawns. it isn't labelled as a true quest item but they might still have it.
