normally I take a break between 30-45 minutes and as of late do not suffer any CTDs. I am very happy. others have a CTD every couple of minutes. sometimes it is because they have chosen visual pleasure in place of stability. you on the other hand can go 2 hours without a CTD, enjoy it.
read the above link and relearn what your mother probably told you about how close and how long you should be staring at a screen.
Sorry....but this wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Don't think that you've never played an immersive video game for more than a few hours at a time....
The most common crash I have is the program suddenly minimizes. I have to close it from the task bar. If I try and reload it there is nothing but a black screen.
Once in a while it will crash and close itself.
Don't know if it's the fault of the Steam version or the program itself or Win10.
I don't rely on the autosave. Half the time it doesn't save anything.
All I can do is save, save.
