there were quite a few threads with similar errors... the DXGkernal file IS in fact part of DirectX but the error seems to be more in the way Windows 10 detects certain video chips during upgrades. I'm afraids you have some work cut out for you. The good news is it is fixable ;-)
@CFS111 didn't mean to step on your toes my friend, just found some newer links ;-)
That is the one question I have no problem with ;-)
Go to the manufacturers website, enter the correct serial number / express service code in the download section and use that driver instead of the "updated" windows driver. Dell may have it's problems ... but their support section is pretty damn good.
Old school trick ... Go into device manager and change the driver for your video chip to "VGA" after you download the correct driver. Then install the correct one and remember to reboot afterwards
