Where to get the spells I NEED??

I wanted to level illusion but the mage doesnt sell Rally, and i need AOE spells, wich i dont get (?). And i have illusion level 25? where i get those spells?

Some spells will not be available until you meet skill requirements. Rally isn't one. As an adept spell you can only get it at College. But higher ranked spells will have requirements. No Invisibility, for example, until you approach 75% in Illusion.

Ok so when i get Illusion-Master i could purchase anything in Illusion right?

Assuming you're running the unofficial patches, you'll be able to complete your set before you hit master; the most powerful spells are available at skill level 90.

Without the patches, a bug makes the requirement 100.

Yes it is - you require at least 40 skill before Neloren will start selling adept spells such as Rally.

It's easy to level Illusion using the muffle spell. The Whiterun Jarl's wizard sells it IIRC.

Thx for all the Tipps guys im about Illusion 75-80 now and figured out i dont need it for anything ;D. Well when i gain levels by leveling it i can atleast make it legendary soon to get some skillpoints d:

Also speak to Calcemo in Markarth, he has a few spells you might want.
