Calixto's House of Curiosities

What I need to do to get a tour through the place? Everytime I go to the house it's locked and Calixto won't offer me the tour if I talk with him.

you might have to do abit of that hole quest chain but im sure thats the only way to get in there check for it on google that quest line

You don't need to start Blood on the Ice, but I think Calixto only opens for business after about 8-9 am and closes early. I seem to remember his dialogue was bugged without the unofficial patch, so get it if you don't have it.

I managed to get Calixto to offer me a tour by loading a different save, the one where I thrown the court wizard in the dungeon and revisited Windhelm so the quest would restart Then Calixto's house was unlocked and he was waiting inside.
