Sleep as werewolf?
People keep mentioning "no perks for sleeping", but I have not been able to sleep at all as werewolf to regain my health. I can't do it in my own bed, nor a roll... so how?

The natural effect of sleeping is the "rested" and "well rested" bonuses, which increase rate of skill learning by 5% and 10% respectively.
Lycanthropy removes thus bonus.

Yes, I got that, and I don't know the cause or solution to your issue.
I was simply informing you that your problem is bot the usual werewolf side-effect, and probably doesn't have to do with your lycanthropy (unless it is a mod).

Yeah, something is bugged in your game. Using mods? Any that affect lycanthropy? Removed any mid-playthrough and carried oon with saves that rely on them?

Tried changing back to human form?

If you have removed mods mid-game, this may be the issue. You will need to start a new game. It is never advisable to remove mods mid-game.

However, you may also have a broken master file.

Try step eight in the following guide to fix a broken master file:

You can try this to clean your saved game of orphaned scripts left by removing mods:

Best of luck.

OK, yea... there is a Hearthfire lighting mod that removes/blocks the alchemy exploit. I may have removed it on a save that gave me the "missing content" message, but then wrote over it later. I also removed and replaced other mods to find that one. I already got the cheevo, but I may try a new save and zip through the Companions to see if that was the problem.
Thanks.

When I woke up at the Silver Hand mission THIS time, I noticed that I had all of my human abilities, but I couldn't Feed. I knew THAT was a glitch, so I reloaded at the Underforge. That time I was able to Feed as a werewolf should, but could not sleep.

So...

Could the truth be that werewolves don't GET the "sleep" prompt, like, EVER... and those that write "you don't get the Well Rested bonus when you sleep as a werewolf" have no idea how to write in the correct context?

You can sleep as a werewolf who is currently in human form.

You receive a unique bit of text at the top of the screen. "Your beast blood prevents you from resting." or something to that effect.

However, the screen still goes dark, time still passes.
