Lycanthropy removes thus bonus.
I was simply informing you that your problem is bot the usual werewolf side-effect, and probably doesn't have to do with your lycanthropy (unless it is a mod).
However, you may also have a broken master file.
Try step eight in the following guide to fix a broken master file:

You can try this to clean your saved game of orphaned scripts left by removing mods:

Best of luck.
Thanks.
So...
Could the truth be that werewolves don't GET the "sleep" prompt, like, EVER... and those that write "you don't get the Well Rested bonus when you sleep as a werewolf" have no idea how to write in the correct context?
You can sleep as a werewolf who is currently in human form.
You receive a unique bit of text at the top of the screen. "Your beast blood prevents you from resting." or something to that effect.
However, the screen still goes dark, time still passes.
