Eating A Human Heart
I found a human heart and accidentally ate it. Are they not considered taboo in the game with some kind of negative effect on my character? The only effect I could see was a learned alchemy effect. Can you tell me if there is any effect for eating it such as my character being considered evil by NPCs?

Can you tell the difference between a horse's and a human's heart?

Anyway, they won't notice if you eat a human heart.

So as far as the game goes, there is no consequence for eating a human heart?

They can't really identify it much and people don't flinch if you eat poison or any insane ingredient

Now that I know that, I think the game should have had some kind penalty for eating it if you are a human character.

If Skyrim had such features, it would be a better game.

you can eat human organs and drink human blood in front of anyone but do not eat a corpse.

Skyrim logic.

All the Alchemy effects of the human heart are negative and there are a limited number of them in the game since they can't be harvested. As for eating one and not getting a penalty/punishment you could play as a cannibal. I think there is even a mod for it.

Well, a horse's heart is probably quite a bit bigger, for a start...

Welcome to alchemy in Skyrim.

They don't care much if you raise their friends and loved ones as undead zombies in front of them, either.
Little things like that would make the game have so much more depth, you couldn't just think "I can do that because it's a game"
