[SOLVED] FNIS Not Detecting XPMSE

Whenever I run the FNIS Generator for Users, it always uses the basic vanilla skeleton not the XPMSE one which I have installed.

You'll have to post your load order for any of us to know what's going on. Basically you need to make sure that XPMSE is pretty low in the load order, and you're not over writing it with other mods like "ragdolls and force"

Aye I am, i've also tried doing it through the files too.

Your position doesn't look bad ... Was this a recent upgrade? Asking because I've accidently clicked OK instead of Manual once or twice and had to re-install the mod... Also if you go in game does it appear in the MCM, and do you get the full list of "barely made it"

I'm able to go into the XPMSE menu perfectly fine in game, i've not upgraded anything recently because I re-installed all my mods around a week ago.

Can you post the full FNIS report? I may notice a problem from it.

This does not seem to be full report. Luckily, it did provide me what I needed. Your FNIS is being ran from wrong location. This would be true, even if you were using NMM.

• Uninstall FNIS entirely. Then install it through Mod Organizer, as you would install any mod through it.
  
  
• Go to right panel Data tab. Scroll down to: tools > GenerateFNIS_for_Users
  
  
• Right click the file GenerateFNISforUsers.exe. Select Add as Executable
  
  
• FNIS is now added to your MO Application dropdown list in right hand panel. Run it from there and it should detect all mods that were installed through MO, including XMSE.

Edit: In the future, if someone asks for it, you can select and copy all from the FNIS white field and paste it directly here as text.

Thanks for the help but FNIS still isn't detecting that I have XPMSE installed.

FNIS is not installed correctly. It should be here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe
But instead it's here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\data\FNIS Behavior 6.3\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

Make sure it's installed correctly inside MO.

Something is wrong. It was still not run from the correct directory. For example, my own Skyrim is under Steam Games and FNIS that I just ran shows the path and not exception adress for generator.

It also smells of file creation rights issues ... is everything running as administrator? running steam from the program files folder adds it's own issues.
