Dawnbreaker. It's now legendary ... as it should be. (yeah yeah, I know .. I could do the same with Red Eagle's Bane but I'd rather have that mounted on a weapon plaque).
Besides that; Dawnbreaker has a devastating AOE against Draugr and vampires.

Definitely Dawnbreaker its ultimate weapon for cleansing realm of vampires and other undead monsters.

Is this even a contest? Dawnbreaker all the way.. Red Eagle's Bane? Really? Please...

Maybe.. Against Mehrune's Dagger, or Molag Bal's Mace.. Even the Nocturnal's Nightingale Sword.. But I just don't see Red Eagle holding a candle here.. I mean, I could just grab any old nord sword, slap some enchantments of same effect on it, and call it Red Eagle's Bane, just the same, only it would actually be more potent then what the true REB would be..

I expected the Red Eagle's Bane to be more powerful, because the sidequest was much harder and interesting. Oh well.
