Sun spells as vampire

If the vampire faction is chosen in Dawnguard when does Sorine Jurard(crossbows, bolts, Sun Fire) and Florentius Bassianus(Vampire's Bane, Stendarr's Aura) spawn?
According to the wiki it is possible to get crossbows and the sun spells by "calming" them but I ound nothing about when exactly do they appear in Fort Dawnguard. Is it after the first vamp quests, or only after Kindred Judgement?

You can do this later in the Vampire questline. I add the content to spoiler, in case you - or someone else - did not want more specific information.

Vampire questline progresses to combat with Dawnguard, during the quest Destroying the Dawnguard. You can use Calm to pacify them, when killing Dawnguard members in their fort. You will need to kill these characters for quest to complete, but once calmed, you can buy gear from them first.

Also, from what I remember, that's technically a side quest of the DLC - my vampire playthrough I remember thinking it was odd that that never happened, and only found out afterwards that it can (spoiler: apparently the quest is offered by one of two NPCs after you complete the main questline of Dawnguard as a vampire? but basically you're not prompted to the conversation that results in the quest starting/it's not a part of the DLC's main questline as such.)

Destroying the Dawnguard will be available after killing Harkon in Kindred Judgement.
My question is do Sorine and Florentius appear at some point before Destroying the Dawnguard becomes available or only when the quest starts?

No, because you're not really expected to be showing up there before that.

Well there is a whole dungeon with a boss chest inside Fort Dawnguard so I figured they might be there sooner...
